Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use are between you and SAS Key Tools and apply to your access to and use of PetClarity. By downloading, subscribing to, accessing, or using PetClarity, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use PetClarity.

PetClarity Subscription Terms

PetClarity is offered as a paid iOS app subscription. Subscription options may include monthly and annual auto-renewable plans shown in the App Store purchase flow.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise shown by Apple.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the Apple App Store.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings.
• PetClarity includes purchase restoration so you can restore eligible purchases on supported devices.
• Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Restoring purchases verifies subscription access. It does not restore local care history unless you separately configured backup or sync for that care history.

Apple Standard EULA

PetClarity may be subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement if no custom EULA applies. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

No Medical Advice

PetClarity is not a medical, veterinary, diagnostic, treatment, dosage, or emergency triage service. PetClarity helps organize information you enter, but it does not replace advice from a licensed veterinarian or other qualified care professional.

For urgent concerns, emergencies, medication questions, dose changes, or treatment decisions, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary provider directly.

Your Responsibility for Entered Data

You are responsible for the information you enter into PetClarity, including its accuracy, completeness, and suitability for your own use. You should independently verify important care details, medication instructions, appointment information, and bills with your veterinarian, pharmacy, insurer, or other relevant provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PetClarity for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise the app or its related services except where permitted by law.
• Upload or sync content that infringes rights, violates law, or contains malicious code.
• Use PetClarity in a way that could harm the service, other users, or third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

PetClarity, including its name, design, software, text, features, and related materials, is owned by SAS Key Tools or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of PetClarity to you.

You retain ownership of the information you enter into PetClarity. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the app features you choose to use, including optional backup or sync if enabled.

Availability and No Guarantee

PetClarity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Uruguay, SAS Key Tools and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of PetClarity.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using PetClarity at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the app unlawfully. Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription; you must manage cancellation through your Apple account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of PetClarity after an update means you accept the updated Terms, where permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay, except where applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law requires otherwise.
