Delete Local Care History in the App

To delete local care history stored on your device, open PetClarity and go to Profile → Data controls → Delete care history.

Local-only care history is stored on your device and is controlled from your device. Deleting local data may be permanent and may not be recoverable.

If Backup Is Connected

Backup is optional. If you connected backup by signing in, deleting care history in the app may sync to backed-up care history depending on the current implementation and sync state.

If you want to confirm deletion of backed-up care history or delete your account data, use the request process below.

Request Account or Backed-Up Data Deletion

Email hello@key.tools with the subject "PetClarity Data Deletion Request".

Please include the email address associated with your PetClarity account, if you created one. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting backed-up account data.

Expected deletion response time: 30 business days.

What Can Be Deleted

• Optional account information associated with PetClarity backup.
• Backed-up pet profiles and care history.
• Backed-up medication schedules, dose logs, bills, schedule items, notes, generated care briefs, photos, and documents, where applicable.
• Local care history that you delete directly in the app.

What May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained when needed for legal, subscription, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons. Apple may also retain purchase, billing, refund, or subscription records under Apple's own policies.
